Agile concepts, tools and techniques are rapidly gaining acceptance. Half the requests for project managers, business analysts and programmers currently require at least basic knowledge about agile methods.

This evening class will give an introduction to Scrum, XP and Kanban. It will allow you to become familiar with the ideas and practices, definitions, roles and techniques.

We organize this class in particular for consultants coming from a more traditional environment, who want to upgrade their CV by becoming a SAFe Agilist (see our SAFe Agilist Training). The 'Introduction to Agile' class will help you if you are not yet familiar with the concepts of Agile.

Chris Verlinden has been one of the agile pioneers in Belgium, running major XP projects as soon as 2004. He is one of the founders of ADJUGO and its present CEO. Chris is Certified SAFe Program Consultant.

Corné has been applying Agile principles in service process improvement and loves the results. Introducing Lean-agile and SAFe into the mix have improved results even further.
